This painting is part of the Miniature World series, which explores the many ways to represent the world that we perceive and experience as humans.
Each piece combines many diverse elements of various backgrounds into a seemingly cohesive but imaginary landscape, triggering thoughts, memories and reflections in the viewer's imagination.
Optimism and resilience are the key themes of this series and my art in general. Even if the world seems increasingly complex and sometimes crazy, there is always a way to see things positively and humorously.
Item Description
Original artwork using mixed media (paint, ink and collaged papers) on a thin (3mm to 10mm thick) wood particle board. It is sealed and protected by a coat of gloss acrylic medium. The surface is not flat, showing the relief of collage elements and paint strokes.
The piece is sold unframed. It can be displayed, as is, on a shelf or hung on a wall using double-sided adhesive "magic" tape or framed in a standard format floating frame.
